Communication Masts

Australian-Made Articulated Communication Mast For Trailer, Skid And Fixed Asset Deployment

MTGA Communication Masts are articulated masts for communications, lighting, CCTV and access control deployment on trailers, skids and fixed assets. Available in 5m, 8m and 11m heights, all three models run on electric linear actuators with no hydraulics, no fluid activation and no grease points, low maintenance by design, built for remote sites where servicing needs to be straightforward.

Designed and manufactured in Perth, MTGA masts are engineered to meet or exceed Australian standards for headstock and wind loading. The headstock sits only 300mm above the trailer A-frame when stowed, meaning technicians can access and service equipment from ground level without a platform or ladder. Single person operation, programmable actuators with diagnostics, and trusted by Tier 1 Australian mining companies.

Why Choose This Product

  • 3 to 4 Weeks from Order

3 to 4 Weeks from Order

International mast suppliers typically run 10 to 14 week lead times. MTGA manufactures in Perth using off-the-shelf components, delivering in 3 to 4 weeks from order. For operations that can't wait on international supply chains, that's a material difference.
  • Headstock Accessible from the Ground

    Headstock Accessible from the Ground

When stowed, the MTGA mast headstock sits only 300mm above the trailer A-frame. Technicians can access and service equipment on the headstock standing on the ground, no platform, no ladder, no need to climb on the trailer. It also remains vertical throughout extension and retraction, eliminating the risk of equipment being damaged or misaligned during operation.
  • No Hydraulics, No Grease, Low Maintenance

No Hydraulics, No Grease, Low Maintenance

Electric linear actuators with programmable diagnostics replace hydraulic systems entirely. No fluid, no grease points, no hydraulic servicing. On remote sites where maintenance resources are limited, that reduction in ongoing maintenance requirements is a practical operational advantage.
  • Engineered to Australian Standards

    Engineered to Australian Standards

MTGA masts not only meet but exceeds Australian requirements for headstock and wind loading. Built and tested for the conditions of remote Australian mine sites, Pilbara heat, dust and wind included.

Built for Sites Across Australia and Beyond

  • Mining

Communications, CCTV and lighting mast deployment on remote mine sites where lead time, safety and low maintenance are operational priorities.
  • Civil Construction

Elevated device deployment on civil infrastructure projects requiring temporary or semi-permanent mast solutions.
  • Telecommunications

Temporary communications mast infrastructure for network deployment, outage response or coverage gap bridging in remote areas.
  • Defence and Government

Elevated communications and surveillance deployment at remote installations requiring reliable, low-maintenance mast infrastructure.

5m, 8m or 11m, Which Mast Suits Your Application?

All three models share the same electric actuator system, ground-level headstock access and no-grease design. The choice comes down to the height your application requires.
